My can will not spray / has lost propellant, can you help?

Although we strive to ensure that all the products leaving our facility will perform to our customer's expectations, variations in the manufacturing process can occasionally cause any aerosol to lose its propellant. As an initial step, please review the best practice spray tips and troubleshooting steps in the following article: How do I prevent "spray-out" issues?


If you are still having "spray-out" issues, it is our policy to replace or refund the defective product (limit 1 replacement per address/per calendar year).  Please contact us to submit your claim.
